From Quetta · To the World
A cultural intelligence rooted in Balochistan — built to challenge what the world thinks it knows about Pakistan.
Atlas confronts stereotypes head-on — with facts, context, and reflection drawn from lived cultural knowledge of Pakistan's regions.
Answer three questions about your mood. Atlas matches you to songs spanning Sufi qawwali, Balochi folk, modern pop, and fusion.
Compare Pakistan with the UK, USA, India, China, and Turkey — discovering parallels across traditions, food, and history.
Atlas Speaks was created by Muhammad Ayan Achakzai — a filmmaker and cultural storyteller from Quetta, Balochistan, now studying MSc Applied Machine Learning for Creatives at UAL's Creative Computing Institute in London.
It started as a university project and became something more personal — a way to use AI to represent Balochistan with nuance, warmth, and accuracy.
